409L stainless steel is a kind of ferritic stainless steel.The chromium content of 409L ferritic stainless steel is 10.5%~11.7%.This chromium is the most important alloying element in the production of 409L ferritic stainless steel.It can form a passivation film on the surface of 409L stainless steel, making 409L stainless steel corrosion resistant, and improving its oxidation resistance, wear resistance and tensile strength.
